Naples. In 2006 the Italian national team wins the World Cup. During the celebrations a man accidentally bumps a boy with a flag, he is killed shortly after. Carabinieri perform 2 measures, the Torino brothers are arrested.
This morning in fact the Carabinieri of the Naples Vomero Company executed a custodial order issued by the investigating judge of the Court of Napoli at the request of District Anti-Mafia Directorate in charge of 2 people.
These are Luigi Torino and Nicola Torino, 45 and 43 years old, the second already detained for another cause, considered seriously suspected of the murder of Michael Thigh, committed with the aggravating circumstance of the mafia method 9 July of the 2006.
From the investigations conducted by the Carabinieri and coordinated by the District Anti-Mafia Directorate of Naples, it emerged that Thigh, waving a flag would have accidentally bumped into his brother then a minor of Luigi and Nicola.
The latter, therefore, would have reached and killed the victim in the presence of many other people, two of whom accidentally remained wounds two.
