Mutti is looking for 1.200 seasonal collaborators who will be employed from July to September in production and administrative activities within the three plants of the group. Specifically, in the province of Parma, 450 figures are sought in Montechiarugolo and 400 in Collecchio, in the province of Salerno at Oliveto Citra 350.
The scope of the research is the tomato processing campaign, a time when the company, in the approximately 75 summer days that go from the second half of July to the end of September, processes the raw material coming from over 800 families of Italian farmers.
In addition to the staff traditionally employed as seasonal workers, Mutti is looking for collaborators who can fill specialized roles such as quality control analyst and sampling operator in the tomato fields.
Among the profiles sought this year, there are also graduates of industrial technical institutes and professional technical institutes of mechanical, electrical and electronics, who will be responsible for monitoring machinery and managing complex systems in the fields of industrial automation and robotics. Applications are already open and a seasonal fixed-term contract is offered.
The company will give priority to those who have already collaborated with the company on previous campaigns.
