The Milan Public Prosecutor's Office has entered Alessandro Impagnatiello, the partner of the 29-year-old woman who is 7 months pregnant and who disappeared in Senago last Saturday evening, in the register of suspects. The 30-year-old - from what has been learned - is being investigated for voluntary homicide. Meanwhile, the search for him is being concentrated in an increasingly limited area. Julia Tramontano.
In the meantime, the Carabinieri of the scientific investigations section of the Milan investigative unit are conducting an inspection of Giulia Tramontano's apartment in Senago. The white overalls are working to look for traces of the possible murder of the girl that, according to investigators, her boyfriend Alessandro Impagnatiello could have committed in the home during the night between Saturday and Sunday.
Four days after his disappearance, by order of the Milan Public Prosecutor's Office, the Carabinieri, including the scientific police, the fire brigade and the civil protection, with the help of molecular dogs, are combing through an area inside the Groane park, partly wooded, near a baseball field and at most two kilometers from the house where the young woman lives with her boyfriend with whom, before disappearing, she had a serious argument.
Boyfriend who, from what we know, had a parallel relationship with another woman, an American, that had been going on for a few months. She also got pregnant but lost the baby. While her sister, today, has again launched an appeal on social media, writing "if we haven't found Giulia yet it's because I haven't done enough.
“I ask you to make one more effort,” the investigations coordinated by the deputy Letizia Mannella and the prosecutor Alessia Menegazzo are continuing without excluding any hypothesis, even the most tragic. They are trying to reconstruct that "gap" of hours, between Saturday evening, when Giulia was filmed around 20 pm by a camera near her home and shortly after she sent a message, and Sunday morning, when her cell phone was found to be off-line and her partner, Alexander Impagnetiello, a bartender in a luxury hotel in Milan, leaves home to go to work around 7.
And it was him who in the afternoon, after returning home, reported the disappearance of his partner, who he had left in bed at dawn, he explained, while she was sleeping and who then left with only her passport, her ATM card (no withdrawal has been recorded at the moment) and 500 euros in cash, but without taking her clothes with her.
What has emerged so far in the investigation, through the acquisition of messages sent by the 29-year-old to her family and a friend, from surveillance videos installed in the area where the couple lives and from some testimonies, is that the young woman had a serious argument with her boyfriend before disappearing: she had discovered that he would have had a sort of second life with another woman, who had also become pregnant with a child who was later lost and who was also unaware of the parallel relationship and the child on the way.
In fact, on Saturday there would have been a three-way meeting, perhaps to clarify, but which would have shocked Giulia, and also her parents to whom she had confided the betrayal. In fact, the next day, her mother, father and sister, worried because they could no longer contact her, from Naples rushed to Senago to the home of her boyfriend with whom they would have argued and even come to blows.
For this reason, after yesterday the searches were concentrated in the Villoresi canal and in the Seveso, from today a well-defined area inside the Groane park is being combed in the hope of finding some clues.
The sister, 'we are looking for her, we are not accusing'
“We are looking for Giulia. Stop. We do not investigate, we do not accuse, we do not create stories. Do the same please”. This is written in another recent post on social media by Chiara Tramontano, the sister of Giulia, the 29-year-old, 7 months pregnant, who disappeared between the evening of Saturday and last Sunday from Senago, in the Milan area.I ask you to be kind enough – we read further in the message – to only forward our appeals, only the ones authorized by us family members”.
“The more time passes, the more apprehension grows. In Senago, we are all holding our breath, waiting for news.” He tells it Magda Beretta, mayor of Senago, the municipality in the Milan area from which the 29-year-old, seven-months pregnant, Giulia Tramontano disappeared on Saturday evening.
“Unfortunately, a lot of time has passed, it's already Wednesday evening and Giulia has been missing since Saturday evening. We are all very worried”, says the sindaco. “On behalf of the entire community,” he added, “I embrace the Tramontano family, because clearly we can only imagine what they are feeling.”
Beretta did not meet the 29-year-old's parents and sister, but spoke to them on the phone “to express our closeness and let them know that we are by their side, for any type of support”. The mayor has never met the missing woman in person, but now “we all hope to be able to meet and hug Giulia safe and sound. This is the wish and prayer that we are all making together”.
