The precautionary measure carried out in the early hours of this morning by the Carabinieri of the Company of Maddaloni sees the perpetrator of the home burglary committed on January 14th in Maddaloni as the recipient.
On that occasion, the twenty-nine-year-old from the province of Naples was surprised by the military, who intervened following a report of a house burglary in progress in via Brecciame, while, together with 3 other accomplices, who managed to escape, he was walking away with the stolen goods.
In particular, the man, on board the car in use, which turned out to be stolen, was stopped after a short chase and found in possession, in addition to burglary tools and part of the loot from the theft just committed, also of the stolen goods from a previous robbery committed that same evening in Caserta, consisting of various silverware, a camera, a collection of pens, numerous valuable watches, two wallets and various gold jewellery.
What was found was seized. The arrested person was reported at liberty and investigations were started which led to the execution of the precautionary measure.
