Iyou were the agents of the Police Station of Pompei, with the support of the Campania Crime Prevention Department, carried out an extraordinary territorial control service in Pompeii and in particular in via Plinio and Colle San Bartolomeo, in piazza Esedra and at the entrances to the excavations of Porta Marina superiore and inferiore.
During the operations, 100 people were identified, 11 of whom had a police record, 48 vehicles were checked, one of which was subjected to administrative seizure, and 3 violations of the Highway Code were contested for lack of insurance coverage and because they were caught on board a vehicle suspended from circulation; finally, a vehicle registration document was withdrawn.
