I Carabinieri of the station Palma Campania they have executed an Order implementing the precautionary measure of detention in prison, issued by the GIP/GUP Section
of the Court of Nola at the request of the local Public Prosecutor's Office against a 36-year-old from San Gennaro Vesuviano.The man is being investigated for robbery, aggravated theft and aggravated personal injury. The investigations, conducted by the Police Station Palma Campania, have allowed, in short, to ascertain that, from October 2022 to last month, the aforementioned would have been responsible for two robberies and two thefts by dexterity, committed in various municipalities in the Nolana area of the province of Napoli.
In particular, on one occasion, after committing a theft in a tobacconist's shop in Palma Campania, he allegedly dragged the owner of the shop for several metres with his car, while he tried in vain to stop her, causing her injuries.
