The Carabinieri of the investigative unit of Castello di Cisterna have executed a preventive seizure order issued by the investigating judge of the court of Napoli at the request of the Neapolitan DDA. Seals on the building in via luigi Sturzo 36: a structure composed of 5 apartments, with an estimated value of 550 thousand euros.
The same fate has therefore befallen an Audi RS6 model car, with a market value of approximately 80 thousand euros. The seized assets were in the possession of Michele Esposito, a 39-year-old man believed to be close to the criminal gang, the clan Sautto Ciccarelli.
The investigations of the Carabinieri, coordinated by the District Anti-Mafia Directorate of Napoli, documented a clear disproportion between the assets that had been declared and those actually enjoyed by the 39-year-old, demonstrating the likely illicit origin of the assets found.
