The preliminary hearing judge of the Court Nola (Napoli) Teresa Valentino has pleaded guilty to a one-year and two-month prison sentence, with conditional suspension, for Silvio Arianna, the 56-year-old driver from Saviano accused – and now also convicted – of the road homicide of Rosa Romanelli, 76, also from Saviano, who was hit on November 2022, XNUMX while she was crossing the street on foot.
Arianna was also given the accessory sanction of suspension of her driving license for one year. The victim's family members were assisted by Studio3A and by the lawyer Vincenzo Cortellessa of the Bar of Santa Maria Capua Vetere.
