Green: It's trendy, it's healthy, and it's profitable
Fashions and trends come and go, but there is one that fortunately seems to be constant and present: eco-sustainability. “Green” businesses, organic and zero-mile products are increasingly advertised; small and medium-sized businesses promote their services by giving away gadgets sustainable business practices, and for a large portion of consumers they have become the first option among products to put on the table. The so-called “return to the countryside” is almost no longer news, even by professionals and graduates, who find their place in the management of small or medium-sized agricultural businesses.
