The Local Police of Napoli ha effettuato controlli a tappeto in centro città, concentrandosi in particolare su attività commerciali e bus turistici.
In via Mezzocannone e zone limitrofe, sono state sanzionate cinque attività: due per occupation abusiva di suolo pubblico, due per violazione della normativa sulle emissioni sonore e una per aver organizzato un evento aperto al pubblico senza la prescritta Scia.
In compliance with the ordinance that regulates the influx of tourist buses during the Christmas holidays, the motorcycle personnel checked 88 vehicles, fining 15. Among the violations contested, there are:
Driving without a license; Lack of insurance coverage; Driving with a vehicle already seized; Failure to respect driving times by bus drivers; Unauthorized entry into a limited traffic zone by bus drivers. Five vehicle removals were also carried out on Via Marina.
The personnel of the Local Police Territorial Intervention Group Operational Unit supported the inspection personnel of the ANM in carrying out checks in the area affected by the influx of tourist buses. The auxiliaries issued 158 reports, of which 130 for failure to display a parking ticket and 28 for parking prohibitions with reference to the management order that regulates the influx of tourist buses during the Christmas holidays.
The Local Police checks will continue in the coming days, with the aim of ensuring compliance with the rules and the safety of citizens and tourists.
