The woman had been physically abusing her elderly mother for some time. And so, after a series of complaints from other family members and reports from neighbors, the investigating judge of the Court of Salerno at the request of the Salerno Prosecutor's Office, he signed the provision executed by the Carabinieri of the Mercatello station.
The order provides for the precautionary measure of removal from the family home with a ban on approaching the injured party. The woman, 51, is accused of mistreating her mother, with whom she lives in the same apartment.
