SThe seventh edition of the equestrian event Cavalli & Cavalieri, scheduled in the suggestive gallop track of the Real Sito di Carditello, has concluded.
A grand show to relive the historical carousel with the performance of the 4th Carabinieri Mounted Regiment and the musical notes of the Fanfare.
“With the event Horses & Riders – says Maurizio Maddaloni, president of the Foundation – we have turned the spotlight on the Real Sito di Carditello and, in particular, on the entire territory. A show in the name of tradition, but above all an initiative with a strong symbolic value, dedicated to the protection and redemption of our community. There is still a lot to do, but we are working in perfect harmony with the members of the Foundation to relaunch this site with a notable historical, environmental and cultural heritage. The goal is also to reaffirm a sense of legality in the territory and what better opportunity to achieve it in collaboration with the Carabinieri, as well as through a memorandum of understanding that we are defining with the Prefecture of Caserta”.
The Foundation is committed to enhancing and promoting Carditello as a tourist destination, with a program of events to enrich the cultural offering of the site.
"It is only the beginning of a new course that, thanks to the emotional participation that we are already seeing in the population, is destined to transform Carditello into a hub of cultural, tourist and agricultural businesses. The Foundation, therefore, confirms the ancient equestrian vocation and strengthens the enhancement plan – concludes President Maddaloni – with an agreement signed with the Italian Equestrian Sports Federation, which will organize the endurance races in Carditello on May 12 and June 16”.
