Despite the pouring rain and strong wind, the Concertone of May Day 2024 took place at Circus Maximus of Rome, giving emotions and music to thousands of people.
The bad weather caused some technical problems, pauses and changes in the lineup, but it did not dampen the spirit of the festival. Bloom, scheduled to open, were unable to perform due to technical problems, as were the Poison Heart they had to interrupt their performance.
Ermal Meta entertained the audience with a thrilling version of "Hallelujah" di Leonard Cohen alone with the acoustic guitar, while the rain continued to fall. A moment of great intensity that warmed the hearts of those present.

A message shared by many other artists, including Achille Lauro who has read some articles of the European Charter of Human Rights and Leo Gassman who performed bare-chested and wrapped in a multi-colored flag with the word “peace” written on it.
