After more than a year of waiting, the talented soul singer Greg Rega finally returns to the music scene with a trilogy of R'n'B-inspired songs infused with funk and blues atmospheres.
The first single of this trilogy is titled “Vita Mia” and was written personally by Greg, with the production of Luigi Ferrara aka CALMO.
The mixing and mastering were handled by Drahte, while the music video was produced by the renowned production company IRed, with actress Ylenia Oliviero as the protagonist.
The song will be released on all digital platforms on June 7th by the Imusician/Camposound labels.
“Vita Mia” tells a touching love story from a woman’s point of view, exploring the fragility of a relationship that could end at any moment but that at the same time hides the deep desire to find each other again. This theme is further developed in the following songs of the trilogy, with the second song offering the male perspective of the same story, while in the third song the couple reunite, revealing the reasons behind their choices.
This trilogy is not only a musical exploration, but also a visual narrative with the music videos intertwining the stories told in the songs, creating a multi-sensory experience for the viewers.
Greg Rega, with his powerful and magnetic soul voice, has already conquered a large audience, obtaining numerous acclaims both nationally and internationally. His music is a blend of sounds that touch the deepest chords of the soul and give unique emotions.
After more than sixty concerts in 2023, in the coming months Greg Rega will return on tour again alongside Clementino.
