Napoli striker Khvicha Kvaratskhelia expressed his deep connection to the Neapolitan fans and the sense of responsibility he feels towards them. In an interview with Georgian journalist Kakha Dgebuadze, the player shared his feelings about the affection he has received and the importance of not disappointing his supporters' expectations.
“I feel so much affection in Naples and first of all I would like to say that the people who are by my side and support me are helping me a lot and it is a great responsibility,” said kvaratskhelia. “When someone appreciates you, loves you and you are on the pitch or off the pitch, you have to try to appreciate them as much as possible and you must not make them believe that you are wrong, you have to justify their hopes.”
The player stressed his commitment to work hard to make the fans happy, not only in Naples but also in Georgia. “I will do everything not only for the fans there [in Naples], but also for Georgia.
I will continue like this and try to do more and make my fans happier.”
