Special Concerts and Collaborations
The dates in Crespino del Lamone (FI), Lugo (RA), and Paestum (SA) are part of the special initiative “Ask who Inti-Illimani are”. These events will feature acoustic performances with traditional Chilean instruments that combine with the music of Giulio Wilson. The album “AGUA” combines the sounds of the Andes with Italian songwriting, with messages of solidarity, social progress, and environmental protection.
Production and Artistic Collaborations
The artistic project of “AGUA” was realized between Florence and Santiago de Chile, with the artistic direction of César Jarra and Valter Sacripanti. This work combines traditional Andean instruments such as the bagpipe, the charango and the Venezuelan cuatro, with the guitar and piano of Giulio Wilson, without the use of electronic sounds.
