Tonino Carotone and Giulio Wilson announce the release of their new recording project “MONDO DiVINO”, available from Friday 28 March in both physical and digital formats. The presentation follows the first single “Mamà”, in which the themes of migration and nostalgia were treated with irony. The new song of the album celebrates life and freedom, making wine, a symbol of conviviality, the linchpin around which a message of overcoming social barriers through music and sociality is developed.
A spontaneous meeting
The project is the result of a collaboration between Carotone, influenced by the Italian musical repertoire of the 50s and 60s, and Wilson, a winemaker and owner of a farm in Tuscany. The 2024 harvest provided the ideal backdrop for this synergy, transforming a simple meeting into an intense artistic collaboration.Music, wine and tours
The album includes 12 unreleased tracks, born among the Tuscan landscapes, where music and wine culture blend inextricably. A Tuscan red wine has been created to accompany the 2025 tour, which will touch several Italian and European locations, including Fiesole, Ferrara, Modena, Ranica, Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia, Dijon, Chiasso, Bisceglie, Izola, Diamante and Macchia d'Isernia. The public will be able to enjoy a sensory journey between musical notes and wine flavors.

It's a nice initiative by Carotone and Wilson, I like how they mix music and wine, even if I'm not so convinced by the themes of migration, but I hope that the album will be interesting and fun for everyone.
