Naples, Patrizio Bosti junior arrested: he had escaped from Turin

He had returned to Naples after escaping from his home in Turin at the end of June, where he was being held under house arrest.

On the trail of Parizio Bosti junior, 20 years old, son of Ettore and namesake grandson of the boss Patrizio founder of the Secondigliano Alliance, there were all the forces of law and order. They suspected that he was in Naples where he can boast a dense network of accomplices

But this morning the agents of the Naples mobile squad tracked him down and arrested him in execution of a provision of aggravation of the precautionary measure issued by the Court of Appeal of Naples; since, at the end of June, he had escaped from his home in Turin where he was being held in execution of the precautionary measure of house arrest.

The attack on the owners of the Cala la Pasta restaurant at Decumani

Patrizio Bosti junior was arrested in June 2022 by personnel of the Naples Flying Squad in execution of a precautionary custody order as he was seriously suspected of the crimes of private violence and aiding and abetting aggravated by the mafia method, following the attack carried out on 16 May 2022 at the restaurant “Drop the Pasta”.

The investigations by the agents of the Flying Squad and the Central Operations Service following the escape, coordinated by the local DDA, allowed the young fugitive to be traced in a house in Naples, owned by a person with no criminal record, reported at large for procuring non-compliance with a sentence aggravated by mafia methods.
