Antica Osteria del Mirasole in San Giovanni in Persiceto, in the province of Bologna, led by Anna Caretti and Franco Cimini, is the best trattoria in Italy for 50 Top Italy 2025, the online guide to the best of Made in Italy inside and outside the national borders.
In second place Abraxas Osteria a Pozzuoli, by Vanna and Nando Salemme. The podium is completed by Trattoria Da Burde in Florence, led by brothers Andrea and Paolo Gori.
In fourth place is Roscioli Salumeria with Cucina a Roma; fifth place goes to Sora Maria e Arcangelo in Olevano Romano (Rome), by Giovanni Milana; sixth place for La Brinca in Ne (Genoa), by the Circella family; seventh place goes to Ristorante Al Cambio, in Bologna; in eighth place is a historic new entry from Naples, Mimì alla Ferrovia, by cousins Michele and Michele Giugliano, with Salvatore Giugliano in the kitchen; ninth place for Mammaròssa in Avezzano from Abruzzo; tenth place for Casa Torrente – Al Convento, in Cetara (Salerno), with Gaetano Torrente at the stove.
