Afragola. A lively night between Afragola and Volla, where a 32-year-old man, originally from Quarto and already known to the police, was caught committing a major fuel theft. Driving a van, the criminal stopped at a fuel station in Afragola, but not for a normal refueling.

Using two cloned credit cards, the 32-year-old managed to fill three canisters, for a total of 2.650 litres of fuel, equivalent to around 4.200 euros. However, his suspicious movements attracted the attention of the owner of the service station, who intervened and put him to flight.
The thief's run ended shortly after, along via Leopardi in Volla, thanks to the intervention of the carabinieri of the Torre del Greco company, alerted by the entrepreneur. Taken to the barracks, the man was identified and reported for improper use and falsification of payment instruments.
