Naples. Yet another act of incivility (to be kind) a short while ago in the heart of the city's historic center. It happened in Via Tarsia, a street in the 2nd municipality. A car in front of the ramp for disabled people. As can be clearly seen in the photo.
We are located where there is the entrance to Oberdan nursery and elementary school. The car in question is obstructing the movement of pedestrians and disabled people with wheelchairs.
“It would be desirable to have the car removed for this scoundrel,” says an attentive citizen who sent the photo reported to our site.
