Naples. Last night, the State Police arrested three people of Romanian origin, aged 31, 30 and 27, with criminal records, for aggravated theft.
The officers of the Vicaria Mercato Police Station, during a regular territorial control service and following instructions from the Operations Room, intervened in via Calata Ponte di Casanova after receiving a report regarding three people busy dismantling the tyres of a parked car.
Upon arrival, officers caught the suspects attempting to flee in a vehicle. After a brief chase, officers were able to stop them.
During the search of the car used by the thieves, several burglary tools and some bolts that had just been removed from the tires of the targeted car were found. The three were immediately arrested by the operating personnel.

The article about Naples is very interesting, but there are some things I don't quite understand. Why do people continue to steal? And how do police controls work? I hope there are more security measures.
