benevento – The case of the 18-year-old from Benevento, accused of stalking, personal injury and aggravated threats.
The Juvenile Court of Naples has also ordered the revocation of the last remaining precautionary measure, that of the prescriptions established by the judge, restoring the young woman to total freedom.
Assisted by the lawyer Vittorio Fucci, the 18-year-old had ended up at the center of an investigation that began when, still a minor at 17, she was allegedly considered the instigator of the persecution of another 17-year-old from Benevento, accused of having "betrayed" her brother, with whom the victim had allegedly had a relationship.
The facts had led to the issuing of a precautionary custody order, executed with the placement of the young woman in the “Il Sole” Community-Residence for Minors in Airola.
The judicial process, however, saw a gradual easing of the measures. After the preliminary hearing, the investigating judge revoked the community placement, replacing it with home confinement.
Subsequently, the Review Court also eliminated this restriction, applying only the judicial prescriptions. Today, with the latest decision of the Juvenile Court, every constraint falls: the 18-year-old is free from any obligation.
The case, which had attracted attention due to the young age of the protagonists and the seriousness of the charges, thus ends with a favorable outcome for the accused, marking the end of a judicial process that lasted months.

The court decision seems fair but I don't know if the girl learned from all this. It is important for young people to understand the consequences of their actions to avoid similar situations in the future.
