The new website of the Royal Palace of Naples and Villa Pignatelli has been online since this week, with a completely new graphic design. The portal marks a further step forward in the brand identity project launched last year, with the aim of strengthening the digital image of the two important cultural sites.

A modern and functional portal

The new platform, reachable at the address palazzorealedinapoli.org, presents itself with a contemporary design and a more intuitive structure. The aim is to offer users an engaging navigation experience, facilitating the discovery of the history of the Palace, its collections, current exhibitions and scheduled cultural activities.

A dynamic calendar to stay up to date

Among the main new features of the site, an interactive calendar stands out, allowing you to easily consult opening hours, events and special openings. A useful tool for planning your visit in a personalized way, taking into account the various initiatives hosted both at the Palazzo Reale and at Villa Pignatelli.

A single address for two cultural treasures

In addition to information on the Bourbon palace, the site includes a section dedicated to the Diego Aragona Pignatelli Cortes Museum, housed in the suggestive Villa Pignatelli on the Riviera di Chiaia. Since 2023, the two places have been reunited under the same management, thus strengthening the overall cultural offering.

Accessible history, collections and insights

Ample space is reserved for the story of the collections and rooms, with detailed cards, textual content and a rich photographic apparatus. The images, created by Mario and Salvatore Laporta and Stefano Gei, enhance the masterpieces kept in the two museums, making the site also a tool for study and discovery.

A site for everyone, clear and accessible

“The new website is clearer and more intuitive, with simple and immediate language”, explains Paola Ricciardi, managing director. “Visitors can plan their visit thanks to a complete overview of scheduled events, and virtually explore the collections through content designed to enrich the museum experience and ensure transparency.”

Social integration and English version

The portal integrates with the social channels already active (Facebook, Instagram and X for the Royal Palace; Facebook and Instagram for Villa Pignatelli), which boast a very active community. The site is also available in English, making it accessible to an international audience.

A signature of excellence for cultural communication

The project was created by Amaranto, an agency specialized in cultural communication. The agency collaborates with museums, foundations and public institutions to develop branding, websites and digital strategies, with the aim of improving the dialogue between culture and the public.
