"One thing is certain - De Rosa specifies - this administration is a failure on waste management. In four years they have increased the waste tax, hitting commercial activities in particular with increases of over 1.000 euros, without considering the increase in the cost of dumping unsorted waste, the effect of a lack of serious awareness that citizens pay as written in the specifications".
