Naples - Investigations continue into the murder of Martina Carbonaro, the 14-year-old killed by 19-year-old Alessio Tucci, her ex-boyfriend and self-confessed offender, in an abandoned farmhouse in Afragola.

The Prosecutor's Office of North Naples has assigned the autopsy to Dr. Raffaella Salvarezza, who will begin the investigations at 11 am at the San Giuliano hospital in Giugliano in Campania.
The autopsy questions
The examination, ordered by the deputy prosecutor Alberto Della Valle, aims to clarify: the number and type of blows inflicted on the victim; the areas of the body hit and the exact time of death, to verify whether immediate assistance could have saved her.
Histopathological and toxicological tests have also been ordered. Martina's family has appointed as their consultants doctors Pietro Tarsitano and Omero Pinto, chosen by the lawyer Sergio Pisani. The defense of the Tucci family, represented by the lawyer Mario Mangazzo, has also designated an expert: the medical examiner Antonio Palmieri.
At the end of the procedures, the body of Martina will be returned to the family for the funeral.
