Brawls, rodeos, dangerous maneuvers, and scenes of incivility. This is the toll reported by residents of Fuorigrotta after the Napoli-Bologna match, with chaos returning to the streets around the Maradona Stadium and particular concern reported in the area outside McDonald's.

A few hours before kickoff, Francesco Emilio Borrelli, along with Rosario Pugliese, a member of the regional executive of Europa Verde, had carried out an inspection of the area to document the presence of illegal parking attendants and the condition of the area in anticipation of the fans' arrival.

After the match, new reports came in from residents, who described a situation that quickly spiraled out of control, with crowds, dangerous behavior, and disruption for those living in the area.

Late in the evening, an accident occurred on Viale Augusto. A taxi, after colliding with another car, flipped onto its roof. The driver was injured and was treated by paramedics. Local police also responded to the scene. Investigations are ongoing to reconstruct the exact circumstances of the collision.

"The residents' complaints confirm a situation we had already documented just hours before the match. Fuorigrotta cannot systematically return to being a no-man's land every time thousands of people gather around the stadium," Borrelli said.

The regional councilor pointed the finger at illegal parking, illegal parking, rodeos, fights, and risky behavior: "They cannot be considered normal."
