Circumvesuviana: service disruption between Poggiomarino and Scafati; replacement bus service active.

The Circumvesuviana continues to experience disruption for its passengers. Since 10:00 this morning, train service has been temporarily suspended between the Poggiomarino and Scafati stations.

The Autonomous Authority of Volturno (EAV) promptly activated a replacement bus service to limit inconvenience to travelers.

This new problem adds to the cancellation of all trains on the Naples-Torre Annunziata route, in effect since the start of service, which has already caused significant difficulties. However, positive developments concern the Naples-Poggiomarino line, where the stop at Santa Maria del Pozzo has been reinstated, a benefit for commuters and tourists in the area.

The situation remains critical for those who use the Vesuvian railway lines daily, pending further updates and interventions to improve the service.
