Dal 25 al 27 ottobre, l’obiettivo sarà tradurre i quasi cinquant’anni di vita del Gff in un caso di studio che diventerà parte di una repository internazionale a disposizione degli studenti delle principali Business School.
The promoters of the three-day American event are Roberto Parente, director of the LISA Lab at the University of Salerno, together with Ayman El Tarabishy, ​​professor of management at GWU and director of the international network ICSB – International Council for Small Business.

The three-day event in Washington, organized by GWU and ICSB, brings together some of the leading experts, academics and policy makers on entrepreneurial development. “Giffoni – says El Tarabishy – is an excellence in Social Entrepreneurship that can teach a lot about how to promote innovation and social cohesion”.
The first American appointment is scheduled for Thursday, October 26, when Luca Tesauro, CEO of Giffoni Innovation Hub, will give a speech in the session “New Frontiers of Entrepreneurship Education”. The following day, it will be the turn of director Claudio Gubitosi to present “The Giffoni Film Festival: A Social Entrepreneur in Action- Italian Case”.
Director Gubitosi and Luca Tesauro will be received at the Italian Embassy by the head of cultural affairs, Giulia Prati, and the scientific attaché, Ugo Della Croce. “Upon our return from Washington – adds Director Gubitosi – I will ask the mayor of Giffoni Valle Piana, Antonio Giuliano, for a special City Council also open to mayors from the entire territory and to entrepreneurs, to present the potential and prospects linked, even more, to the success of the area”
