Tire scam between the provinces of Naples and Caserta and lower Lazio: five precautionary measures.
LThe Guardia di Finanza of Formia this morning executed a precautionary custody order issued by the investigating judge of the Naples North court against five people, two of whom were under house arrest and three were ordered to remain at home. The investigation was coordinated by the Naples North prosecutor's office. The order concerns a 53-year-old from Formia, a 67-year-old from Minturno, a 48-year-old from San Marcellino (Caserta), a 38-year-old from Carinaro (Caserta) and a 60-year-old from Casoria (Naples). Among the hypotheses of the crime: criminal association aimed at committing financial crimes through the use of invoices for non-existent transactions, failure to declare, issuing invoices for non-existent transactions, concealment or destruction of accounting documents.
