Last July 9, the officers of the Pianura Police Station, during their territorial control service, were approached in Via Provinciale by two young men who reported that they had been robbed of their wallets by a man armed with a knife on board a motorcycle.
Subsequently, on July 16th, two people showed up at the police station Pianura to report having been attacked and robbed in Nelson Mandela Street by a man armed with a knife on a scooter.
The descriptions provided by the victims allowed the police to gather evidence against Franco Maffei, a 35-year-old Neapolitan with a criminal record, who was tracked down in via Claude Monet at his home.
The man was placed under arrest by the PG for aggravated robbery which was validated by the Judicial Authority yesterday morning.
