In Campania in fact the deaths of the 58 year old janitor from Afragola, Vincenzo Russo and the teacher from Vomero, Annamaria Mantile of 62 years are attributable to natural causes. The latter in fact died of intestinal infarction. While Vincenzo Russo, who died on March 10 two days after taking AstraZeneca, the forensic doctors of the second Polyclinic of Naples did not find any relationship with the inoculation of the Astrazeneca vaccine that he had received only two days earlier.
