In recent days, the Carabinieri Forestali of Naples are engaged – in agreement with the Campi Flegrei Regional Park – in numerous services to combat illegal fishing, especially in protected areas where the risk that the seabed may be irreparably damaged increases.
In Pozzuoli – inside the Campi Flegrei Regional Park – the forestry carabinieri carried out several checks in the Lucrino, D'Averno and Fusaro lakes. Right in Bacoli, in via Spiagge Romane near the Fusaro body of water, the Pozzuoli forestry soldiers fined 3 people because they were found fishing without the required license.
The services will continue in the next few days and will involve more protected areas of the entire province of Naples.
