Casavatore. Control of the territory and protection of work in a service carried out in the municipality of Casavatore by the Carabinieri of the local station and the Labor Inspectorate of Naples.
The manager of a car wash was reported for violations of labor regulations: failure to train employees, failure to appoint a competent doctor and lack of health surveillance. And also failure to update the Risk Assessment Document.
The activity also detected a video surveillance system installed without any authorization, with the cameras also pointed at the employees.
Checks were also carried out in a restaurant where 6 of the 4 employees were “illegal” and, of these, 2 were reported for undue receipt of citizen income. The activity was suspended.
The service budget speaks of administrative and penal sanctions that exceed 40 thousand euros. The checks will continue in the coming days.
