Positive for covid goes to a disco: it happened in the province of Latina where a person was reported for violating the fiduciary isolation to go to a disco in the Pontine capital.
This is what emerged during the checks carried out by the NAS Carabinieri, supported by the military of the territorial force, last weekend, on compliance with the obligation of super green pass for access to discos and clubs. Among other significant interventions, a person in the province of Terni was reported for fraudulently displaying a green pass registered to another person.
The Carabinieri of the NAS engaged in checks on the so-called 'super green pass' in the last weekend have inspected throughout Italy 261 between discos, pubs and dance halls, checking about 9 thousand people and contesting 69 violations to the obligation to possess the certificate: 50 to customers without a pass and 19 to employers and business owners, held responsible for failure to verify.
Further disputes have been raised 46 violations for failure to comply with other measures to contain the risk of Covid-19 (use of masks by users and employees, failure to provide information on the rules of conduct, failure to check body temperature at the entrance, lack of sanitizing dispensers), for a total of almost 50 thousand euros in administrative fines.
The checks also led to the Closure of 8 premises due to serious non-compliance with the anti-Covid regulations as well as the presence of customers beyond the maximum capacity limit permitted (two in the province of turin, one in the province of Viterbo, four in the province of Palermo and one in the province of Reggio Calabria, the latter was completely abusive, as it was started without authorization).
