Two million and 884 thousand euros to build a sports hall and an events center. These are the funds assigned to the Municipality of Brusciano with the signing of the Institutional Development Contract (Cis) Terra dei Fuochi, which finances with approximately 200 million euros, 67 projects presented by 52 Municipalities, three public bodies of the provinces of Naples and Caserta.
A contract that, according to what has been said, "will allow us to transform a territory from royal complaints that for now sadly recall the land of fires to royal complaints as the "Garden of Europe"" "I am particularly pleased to inform you that Brusciano will have its own Sports Hall", commented Mayor Giacomo Romano, "yesterday was a historic day that allows us to build structures that our community has always wanted and never had. In the presence of the Minister for the South and Territorial Cohesion Mara Carfagna, the Hon. Paolo Russo and Don Maurizio Patriciello I signed the contract that assigns Brusciano almost three million euros.
At the signing I felt a great emotion and I thanked, on behalf of all Brusciano, Minister Carfagna for having recognized our city and our project proposal the maximum requested. The greatest satisfaction is that the Ministry has given our project the degree of "High priority". The Confirmation that when you work with passion and determination, results can be achieved even in a short time.
We will soon move to the operational phase so that we can achieve the real transformation of Brusciano”. The sports centre will be built in via Tirone and will have a strong impact on the lives of young people, students and the various associations present in the area. The intention of the municipal administration, led by Romano, is to be able to host not only sporting events, but also concerts, shows and exhibitions.
