Avellino. A 42 year old man of Monteforte Irpino he ended up in prison for aggravated sexual assault against a girl not yet 14 years old. The precautionary custody order, issued by the investigating judge of Avellino, was executed by the Carabinieri of the Investigative Unit of the Provincial Command of Avellino.
According to the reconstruction of the investigations coordinated by the Irpinia prosecutor's office, the 42-year-old, a family friend of the minor, had since 2019, first with flattery and adulation and then with violence and threats, induced the young victim to perform and undergo sexual acts.
