Castellammare. The accusation would be very serious: he allegedly abused a minor, who was going to school, first on the Circumvesuviana train and then at the Sorrento station. After three months, the turning point comes with the arrest of the alleged perpetrator of the violence, a 53-year-old man from Castellammare di Stabia.
The men from the anti-crime section of the Sorrento police station notified the precautionary measure, issued by the investigating judge of Torre Annunziata at the request of the investigating office coordinated by the prosecutor Nunzio Fragliasso. The investigators assume that he is accused of aggravated sexual violence against a minor.
The reconstruction of the investigators, after the complaint filed by the victim, was possible thanks to the video surveillance systems of the train and the station, where the violence occurred, as well as the depositions of some friends of the minor. The suspect was placed under house arrest.
