Checks in Anacapri, 3 commercial establishments fined and fines imposed for a total of 7.400 euros.
Last night, officers from the Capri Police Station and personnel from the Prevention Department of the ASL Napoli 1 carried out checks in Anacapri.
During the activity, the operators, in via Orlandi and piazza Cerio, checked and fined 3 commercial establishments, one because it did not have the HACCP register (relating to food safety and hygiene conditions) and for the lack of a blood alcohol meter, another for failure to fill in the HACCP register and the third for violations in food safety, specifically, for the lack of traceability requirements; in this last establishment, moreover, 22 kg of breadcrumbs were seized.
Finally, fines totalling 7.400 euros were imposed.
