Naples. Local Police officers from the Environmental Protection Department of Naples surprised a street vendor selling fake watches with the logos of major brands on Via Toledo. The watches, placed in a bag, were being offered for sale to tourists in transit.
The seller, noticing the officers, threw the backpack on the ground and ran away into the Spanish Quarter. Inside the bag were over 60 watches that were seized and a report was drawn up for the crime of counterfeiting against unknown persons.
