Naples. Steals a purse from a parked car: arrested for theft by the Carabinieri.
The military of the Naples Poggioreale station arrested for aggravated theft Rosario Campagna, 37 years old from San Giorgio a Cremano, already known to the police.
The Carabinieri surprised the man in broad daylight as he was getting out of a car parked on Via Taddeo da Sessa with a purse in his hands and decided to check it. The lock on the passenger door had been forced and that purse was not his but the owner of the car.
The man is awaiting trial. The purse was returned to its rightful owner while the burglary tools used were seized.
