Similarly, it was found that, from a search at the Chamber of Commerce, the man was the owner of an individual business dedicated to the sale of used cars and motorcycles, which ceased in 2020, while from checks carried out at the Municipality of Villa Literno he is untraceable due to cancellation from the registry office since 2016.

In light of this, a tracking note was therefore inserted into the Investigation System, following which the man was stopped at a police checkpoint while driving a vehicle in the Maddaloni area.

Invited to the Office and questioned for summary information, the fictitious ownership of the vehicles was verified, which were subsequently sold to his fellow countrymen, receiving in exchange the payment of the sale without formalizing the transfer. For these illegal acts, the man, also in his capacity as the administrator of the company that has already ceased, was reported to the Judicial Authority for aiding and abetting for not wanting to indicate the personal details of the buyers and was sanctioned for violations of the Highway Code, for administrative sanctions for a total amount equal to €44.526,00, pending the official cancellation of the vehicles at the PRA.

Furthermore, the drivers of the vehicles themselves, at the time of a police check, will suffer the seizure of the vehicle for the purposes of confiscation and the withdrawal of the registration document.
