Children's Rights, November 20th 'Naples for Naples'. Environmental education wanted by Mayor Gaetano Manfredi.t
On November 20, coinciding with World Children's Rights Day, the second edition of "Naples for Naples" will take place, days of awareness, environmental education and care of greenery, promoted by Mayor Gaetano Manfredi, coordinated by the Councilor for Health and Green Vincenzo Santagada, in synergy with the Councilor for the Environment and the Sea Paolo Mancuso and in collaboration with ASIA, the Municipalities and the voluntary associations active in the area.
The right of future generations to a sustainable urban and environmental space is the focus of this event dedicated to the care of the common good. An opportunity for those who live there every day to reclaim the city, through a broad program of cleaning interventions in green areas and dissemination activities, which aim to raise awareness among citizens of the decorum, respect and enhancement of the environment we live in.
Through the web page of the Municipality of Naples, associations can express their adhesion by filling out the form. Once the adhesions have been collected, each association will be matched with a location. One or more associations will coordinate to develop the activities in the assigned location. The deadline for the candidacy of the associations is set for Wednesday, November 02nd at 12:00.
Starting from November 3rd, a map of the activities and a registration form will be published that citizens can use to formalize their participation in the event.
