And then he explains: “We learned through an official press release from Cgil, Cisl and Uil that the security company Rangers is organizing the service at AO Vanvitelli with its own staff who should even come from other Regions.
This procedure is absolutely anomalous and risks seriously and irreparably damaging, from an employment and income point of view, the legitimately accrued rights of the Private Security Guards who have been working for AOVanvitelli for many years.
The above is in contempt of the content and spirit of the Social Clause provided for in the tender documents and the rules set out in the current Category CCNL (art. 24 et seq.), which is also nominally applied by the corporate entities in question.
At present, the client has not communicated to us any decision regarding what could or should happen on January 31st at midnight, nor has the outgoing company opened the expected transfer of construction site procedure.
For this reason, we call upon all parties involved in the dispute to show a greater sense of responsibility towards an orderly management of the “change of contract” and in full compliance with the clauses of the tender documents and the CCNL”.
For the National President of the Association of Sworn Private Guards Giuseppe Alviti “the situation of the changes in contracts in the Campania Public Health System makes you cry but it would also make you laugh at how the scenarios are being prepared, things never seen in the Republican era.
Obviously - Alviti replies - what worries us is the future of thousands of security guards and trustees; since the same situation is expected for the ASL Na 1 as well as 2 and 3 and so on, we are truly at the technical and practical collapse of legislative regulation without seeing the interest of government institutions.
Watching and listening without speaking is not for us, we have never distanced ourselves from any type of struggle and this time too we ask for clarity, transparency but above all transparency to protect the dignity of the security guards".
