The trial of Martino Di Tosto, the Roma fan arrested (and later released) after clashes with supporters of the club, has been postponed to May 12th. Napoli at the Badia al Pino service area (Arezzo) on January 8th.
The hearing was adjourned after the request for probation made by the lawyer Lorenzo Contucci, Di Tosto's defender. The lawyer asked for the revocation of the precautionary measures, namely the obligation to sign and reside to which his client is subjected: the judge reserved the decision within five days.
The request was opposed by the public prosecutor Bernardo Albergotti. Martino Di Tosto was present in the courtroom.
