The Carabinieri of the Naples Vomero Company have executed a custodial remand order issued by the investigating judge of the Court of Naples at the request of the District Anti-Mafia Directorate, against three people affected by serious evidence of guilt in relation to the aggravated murder of Giovanni Candone (Napoli October 21, 2011).
In the ambush, clearly of Camorra origin, the victim was surprised and killed inside the Bar Ariston, in via Fossa del Lupo, in the municipality of Crispano, at the time under the influence of the Vinella Grassi clan.
The investigations, coordinated by the District Anti-Mafia Directorate of the Naples Prosecutor's Office, delegated to the Operational Unit of the Carabinieri Company of Naples Vomero, have made it possible to find numerous confirmations of the statements of the collaborators of justice and to reconstruct the instigators, material executors and cause of the murder in question.
Murder which fits into the context of internal purges criminal cartel of the Five Families of Secondigliano, which at that time dominated the entire Scampia-Secondigliano area and was started in 2011 by Arcangelo Abete, head of the Abete Abbinante clan, who ordered the murder in question from the clan allied with the Vinella Grassi, through which Candone had recently passed, from the moment of his release from prison.
The organizers and perpetrators were in fact affiliated with Vinella Grassi at the time.
The precautionary measure was carried out against:
– Arcangelo ABETE, born in Naples on 6 October 1969, currently detained;
– Alessandro GRAZIOSO, born in Naples on 12 June 1985, currently detained;
– Fabio MAGNETTI, born in Naples on 28 January 1989, currently detained.
