Ended up on trial for online harassment of an underage girl, he confessed and apologized in court, winning probation instead of an almost certain prison sentence.
And after a year, he passed the recovery program and the judge declared the crime extinguished. The case concerns a 16-year-old cercola, in the Naples area, who had been reported by a 15-year-old. From the investigations and the trial it emerged that the minor lured the victim by inserting her cell phone number in a WhatsApp group; claiming to already know her.
The teenager began to persistently ask the victim to send him intimate photos; when he did not get them, he threatened the minor to spread other compromising images that he said he had in his possession. When he did not get any results, he posted the victim's number on the website 'Bakeca incontri', adding her profile photo on WhatsApp with the words: "Call me to set a price".
Thus began numerous nuisance calls from unknown persons. The girl then reported the minor; the latter confessed during the trial explaining that he was in a difficult period of his life during which he was particularly confused and allowed himself to be led by ill-intentioned adults.
At that point his lawyer, Gennaro Caracciolo, asked the Judge to admit the minor to a recovery program with probation; the magistrate accepted the request and at the end of the probationary period, he ascertained that the recovery had gone well and declared the crime extinguished.
