The checks by the Local Police have been intensified in recent hours Napoli; the Stella Operational Unit operated in the area of Piazza Carlo 3° and in via Duomo/Foria, 14 checks on vehicles in circulation, 5 of which with foreign license plates.
Two vehicles without insurance coverage were identified and seized. In addition, in order to protect consumers and ensure food safety, temperature checks were carried out on food transported by vehicles used for the transport of goods.
It emerged that one of the drivers did not respect the temperature bands required by current legislation, proceeding with the relative sanction. The Vomero Operational Unit carried out further control activities by issuing 56 uncontested reports and 3 contested reports to the interested parties.
Furthermore, 3 administrative police checks were carried out at commercial establishments and no irregularities were found.
