As part of the surveillance and control service carried out in the area of Belvedere di San Leucio on the occasion of the Jethro Tull concert, held on July 1st, the Municipal Police personnel proceeded to identify three illegal parking attendants, one in via degli Antichi Platani and two in via dei Tessitori.
They are two brothers from San Marco Evangelista, aged 39 and 41, and a 52-year-old citizen of Caserta. They were charged with the fines provided for by article 7 paragraph 15-bis of the Highway Code, equal to 759 euros each, for a total of 2277 euros.
The three illegal parking attendants were also charged with violating the Urban Police Regulations, as they were carrying out their illegal activity in an area considered to be of great interest and therefore more protected.
This triggered, for each of them, the issuing of a further fine of 100 euros and the Order to leave for 48 hours, in application of art. 9 of Legislative Decree no. 14 of 2017 converted with Law 48 of 2017.
The Municipal Police Command invites all citizens to report the presence of illegal parking attendants and to leave their cars parked exclusively in areas where it is permitted.
