He lost control of his motorbike due to the sudden storm that hit the entire province of Naples during the night and died after hitting his head despite wearing a helmet.
It happened shortly after 4 am this morning in Melito on Via Appia, not far from the Kimbo factory. The Carabinieri arrived on site, as did a 118 ambulance whose crew could do nothing but confirm the death of the unfortunate motorcyclist.
The victim is a 25-year-old from Somma Vesuviana and was riding a Yamaha MT095P. His motorcycle crashed into a lamppost.
The Carabinieri, despite the heavy rain, got to work to reconstruct the dynamics of the fatal accident and verify the possible presence of cars that could have caused the motorcyclist's fall.
